RE Mogul Rips Ex-Troutman Atty's 'Absurd' $100M Loan Claim

Law360, New York (August 08, 2012, 5:55 PM ET) -- Real estate investor Rubin Schron told a New York state judge at trial Wednesday that a former Troutman Sanders LLP attorney was threatening his reputation by suggesting he'd never funded a $100 million loan as part of a larger 2004 acquisition of nursing homes.
