Hospital Accused Of Billing Medicare For Substandard Labs

Law360, New York (August 8, 2012, 4:19 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday unsealed an employee whistleblower suit accusing a New Mexico hospital owned by Community Health Systems Inc. of receiving Medicare and Medicaid payments for laboratory testing services that violated federal standards, in violation of the False Claims Act.
