Apple Sanctioned Over Deposition Conduct In VirnetX IP Suit

Law360, New York (August 9, 2012, 1:34 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday sanctioned Apple Inc. for interfering with a deposition in a case alleging that the iPhone and iPad maker infringed VirnetX Inc.'s communications security patents.
