Former aaiPharma Execs Settle For $7.6M

Law360, New York (October 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge in North Carolina has signed off on a $7.6 million settlement agreement that will resolve claims against four former executives of aaiPharma Inc. brought by a class that alleged the executives released misleading information that caused investors to pay too much for the company's stock.
