Unisys Owes $30M On Faulty Medicaid Pay System, Suit Says

Law360, New York (August 09, 2012, 2:45 PM ET) -- A Molina Healthcare Inc. unit on Wednesday accused Unisys Corp. of flouting an acquisition agreement by failing to disclose kinks in its Medicaid payment processing system before selling its health information management business, allegedly costing Molina more than $30 million in fixes and related expenses.
