AmerisourceBergen Subpoenaed By DEA Over Drug Diversion

Law360, New York (August 09, 2012, 4:28 PM ET) -- AmerisourceBergen Corp. on Thursday said it had been subpoenaed by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. attorney in New Jersey over potentially illegitimate diversion of controlled substances, the latest sign of law enforcement's stepped-up focus on prescription-drug abuse.
