RG Steel, Lafarge Face Class Action Over Air Pollution

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 1:46 PM EDT) -- A pair of Maryland residents lodged a putative nuisance class action against cement manufacturer Lafarge North America Inc. and bankrupt steel maker RG Steel LLC in state court Thursday, seeking damages for health hazards caused by the companies' alleged release of toxic pollutants.
