Fish & Richardson Hit With Tortious Interference Suit

Law360, New York (October 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Illinois patent holding company has broadened its infringement suit against Google Inc. over its book search project to accuse the company's legal counsel, intellectual property giant Fish & Richardson PC, of harassing and threatening a key witness in the suit who was once a partner there.
