JPMorgan Picks Sullivan & Cromwell MBS Pro For GC Spot

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 5:02 PM EDT) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. will add a former Sullivan & Cromwell LLP partner with significant experience representing the bank in mortgage-backed securities litigation as general counsel in its corporate and investment bank division, the company confirmed Monday.

Stacey R. Friedman, who represented JPMorgan in litigation and regulatory matters relating to the recent U.S. mortgage crisis while at Sullivan & Cromwell, will join the company Aug. 20.
