Health Network, Med Discount Co. Dodge Docs' Marketing Suit

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 8:33 PM EDT) -- A Georgia federal judge on Monday tossed a proposed class action claiming a health care provider network and medical discount card company illegally advertised doctors’ names without their consent, ruling two doctors’ claims were time-barred and that a physicians association can’t represent individual doctors.
