Citizens United Made State Courts Easier To Sway, Judges Say

Law360, Washington (August 13, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- A Montana Supreme Court justice expressed concern Monday that state courts have become too susceptible to special interests and corporate influence in the wake of the 2010 Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission decision, and said judicial elections can be too easily changed by an influx of outside cash.
