Supreme Court Urged To Review NBC Channel-Tying Case

Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 8:23 PM EDT) -- A class of television viewers has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to reconsider its case accusing NBC Universal Inc. and other content providers of strangling the market by refusing to sell individual channels, saying the Ninth Circuit applied too stringent a test in tossing the suit earlier this year.
