CMS Overpaid $4.6M For Drugs Last Quarter, Report Says

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 1:27 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services overpaid for prescription drugs by $4.6 million in the second quarter of 2012, while a soon-to-be-implemented CMS price-adjustment program could have saved the agency $4.2 million during that time, a report said Monday.
