Wis. Gov. Defends Collective Bargaining Law To 7th Circ.

Scott Walker on Monday defended his controversial law curbing collective bargaining rights for most of the state's public workers and asked the Seventh Circuit to reinstate the law's recertification provisions and ban on deducting dues from workers' paychecks.
