Dana Sues USPTO To Block Release Of Contentious Patent

Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 5:37 PM EDT) -- Vehicle machinery company Dana Ltd. on Thursday went after the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Virginia federal court, saying the agency should block the issuance of a patent because it was allegedly based on trade secrets misappropriated by a former employee.
