4th Circ. Clears Alpharma Of Ex-Sales Rep's Retaliation Claim

Law360, Los Angeles (August 14, 2012, 9:38 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Tuesday dismissed allegations that Alpharma Inc. illegally fired a sales representative before she filed a False Claims Act suit that later settled for $42.5 million, saying there was no evidence the company knew she planned to sue.
