FAA Again Says Cape Wind Poses No Threat To Air Traffic

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 8:44 PM EDT) -- The Federal Aviation Administration on Wednesday found, once again, that the proposed Cape Wind offshore wind farm in Massachusetts poses no threat to air traffic operations, affirming its previous decision that was overturned by the D.C. Circuit in October.
