Allen Matkins Again Sued Over Botched Oakwood REIT Pact

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Affiliates of builder Oakwood Worldwide hit California law firm Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP on Wednesday with claims that it bungled a tax clause in a contract concerning various properties in the second suit filed in state court over the matter.
