GAO Sides With Housing Agencies In HUD Funding Protest

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 10:36 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Wednesday sustained protests over a planned U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development procurement for contract administration services, ruling HUD should have used traditional contacts for the work instead of a less formal funding mechanism.
