6th Circ. Upholds Copyright Ruling Against Hustler

Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 4:50 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Thursday agreed that the owner of Hustler Magazine had infringed a copyright when it published a risque photograph of a female television news reporter.
