Burst Tears Into Apple's Declaratory Judgment Claim

Law360, New York (October 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Burst.com Inc. has taken fire at Apple Computer Inc.’s cross-claims for declaratory judgment in a patent suit over technology used in iTunes, iPods and QuickTime streaming products.

Last month, Apple claimed that Burst’s patents were invalid and unenforceable because the media delivery technology company’s inventor and his counsel had allegedly engaged in inequitable conduct during the prosecution of four patents. But Burst on Tuesday denied any wrongdoing.
