Bill Bolstering Calif. False Claims Law Heads To Gov.

Law360, San Diego (August 17, 2012, 5:14 PM EDT) -- The California Assembly on Thursday approved a bill that would strengthen penalties and whistleblower protections in the California False Claims Act so the state can continue to collect tens of millions of dollars each year in federal bonuses when recovering fraudulent Medicaid billings.
