Pickens Asks 5th Circ. For $33M Life Insurance Refund

Boone Pickens asked the Fifth Circuit on Thursday to revive their fraud and breach of contract claims against Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. over an alleged life insurance scam that cost the athletic company $33 million.
