Dell Faces Customers' Claims Of Billing Blunders

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 2:34 PM EDT) -- Belsito Communications Inc. hit Dell Inc. with a putative class action in New York federal court Wednesday, saying the computer giant sent billing statements to incorrect addresses, leading to improperly imposed late fees as well as unfair negative credit ratings for Dell's business customers.

The plaintiff claims Dell's actions caused KeyBank NA to suspend Belsito's business line of credit, resulting in the loss of a $75,000 investment in one of its news publications, all stemming from bills for a $6,500 laptop sent to the wrong address....
