Apple Witness Says Samsung Abused Its Market Position

Law360, San Jose (August 17, 2012, 8:42 PM EDT) -- As Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. wrapped up the evidence portion of its patent fight Friday, Apple called to the stand a former U.S. Department of Justice antitrust attorney who said Samsung has abused its market power by charging inflated rates for its technology.
