Electronics Makers Want State Claims Axed In Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 8:04 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and several other electronics companies asked a California federal court Friday to dismiss state law claims in direct purchaser multidistrict litigation alleging the companies conspired to fix cathode ray tube prices, saying the claims are time-barred, among other deficiencies.
