IOSTAR Partners Stole Nuclear Power Secrets: Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An aerospace company has shot off a lawsuit against three business associates, accusing them of stealing confidential technology it developed to build nuclear generation plants that can be used as power telecommunications satellites.

IOSTAR Corp. claims in its lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, that when two of the associates broke ties with the aerospace company, they set up an agreement between IOSTAR rivals ComTact Corp. and Space Station Development Corp. to begin building their own nuclear power plants for satellites using trade secrets.
