Nursing Homes Sue Insurers For $3M In Hurricane Damages

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 8:00 PM EDT) -- Three New Jersey nursing and rehabilitation facilities sued Lexington Insurance Co. and National Indemnity Insurance Co. on Friday for at least $3.4 million, alleging the insurers refused to pay for damages incurred during Hurricane Irene last fall.
