Pa. High Court Won't Hear Philly's $1M Expedia Hotel Tax Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (August 20, 2012, 7:05 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania said Wednesday that it would not take up an appeal by the city of Philadelphia seeking to recoup $1 million in city hotel room rental tax from online booking company Expedia.
