9th Circ. Won't Kill 'Die Hard' Director's Guilty Plea

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 10:08 PM EDT) -- The director of Hollywood blockbusters "Die Hard" and "Predator" on Monday lost a bid to reverse his guilty plea for making false statements to the FBI, after the Ninth Circuit ruled a lower court judge had properly denied his bid to suppress damning evidence in the case.
