Chrysler Faces Class Action Over Dodge Wheel-Locking Defect

Law360, Los Angeles (August 20, 2012, 8:56 PM ET) -- Chrysler Group LLC was hit with a putative class action Friday in California federal court alleging its line of Dodge Ram trucks have a defect that causes the vehicles' rear wheels to lock up, posing a serious safety hazard.
