Dish Must Produce Docs In Telemarketing Class Action

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 2:05 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge overruled objections to discovery from Dish Network LLC in a putative class action over unsolicited telemarketing calls, ordering the satellite television provider to produce scores of documents relating to its alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
