Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 1:57 PM ET) -- A corporate mergers and acquisitions partner with a subspecialty in private equity has joined Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a corporate partner in the firm's New York office, Kirkland said Tuesday.
Taurie M. Zeitzer joined the firm from Latham & Watkins LLP, where she was also a New York-based partner. She will focus on M&A deals, private equity transactions including leveraged buyouts and other domestic and cross-border deals.
