Chinese Co. Launches Challenge To US Duties Law

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Beijing Tianhai Industry Co. Ltd. on Monday became the latest importer to challenge a new U.S. statute allowing Commerce to impose both countervailing and anti-dumping duties on nonmarket economies like China, lodging a complaint over duties on its high-pressure steel cylinders.
