IBM Wants Susman Godfrey Kicked Off Patent Case

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- IBM Corp. has filed a motion to disqualify Susman Godfrey LLP from representing plaintiff SuperSpeed LLC in a suit over patents relating to computer caching software, claiming that Susman Godfrey staffed the case with an attorney who had previously served as a law clerk in another case Superspeed filed involving two of the same patents.
