Investors Blast Opposition To Making BofA Docs Public

Law360, New York (August 22, 2012, 8:16 PM EDT) -- Investors challenging Bank of America Corp.'s proposed $8.5 billion mortgage-backed securities settlement questioned why other investors have resisted allowing greater access to the bank's documents in another suit brought by MBIA Inc., asking a New York state judge Tuesday what there was to hide.
