Judge Stays Part Of SpeedTrack’s Patent Case

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Months after relating two separately filed patent lawsuits by SpeedTrack Inc., a federal judge has stayed the suit against Office Depot Inc. to focus on the liability and damages issues in the case against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. for allegedly infringing methods for accessing information from a storage system.
