Judge Stops Tessera From Bringing ITC Case

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of foreign defendants in a patent infringement spat over semiconductor chip-scale packaging technology won a temporary restraining order Wednesday that will prevent plaintiff Tessera Inc. from seeking relief at the International Trade Commission or in any court outside of California.
