Pfizer, Others Shake Price-Fixing Appeal From Pharmacies

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday rejected an attempt by a group of pharmacies to revive a consolidated antitrust suit alleging Pfizer Inc., GlaxoSmithKline PLC and other drugmakers conspired to inflate drug prices in the U.S. and keep lower-priced Canadian drugs off the market.
