Kinder Morgan To Build $90M Crude Pipeline Expansion

Law360, Dallas (August 23, 2012, 6:52 PM EDT) -- Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP has reached an agreement to build a $90 million, 27-mile pipeline to transport Eagle Ford crude and condensate to a south Texas refinery for Phillips 66 Crude & International Supply, the companies announced Thursday.

Under the agreement, Kinder Morgan will build a 27-mile, 12-inch-diameter lateral line linking its existing crude condensate pipeline to the Sweeny Refinery in Brazoria County, it said.
