RJ Reynolds Seeks 9th Circ. Rehearing In Camel Cash Case

Reynolds Tobacco Co. on Wednesday asked the Ninth Circuit for an en banc rehearing of its decision reviving breach of contract claims in a class action over the company’s decision to stop honoring its “C-Notes” promotional campaign, saying the plaintiffs changed their arguments on those claims midway through their appeal.
