Pensioners Push To Revive Halliburton Benefit Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 6:09 PM EDT) -- A Halliburton Co. retirement plan member asked the Second Circuit on Thursday to revive a putative class action over an alleged cut to retirement benefits for workers at a spun-off subsidiary, arguing that the dismissal on technical grounds should be overturned.
