Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 1:48 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Friday urged the Fourth Circuit to reverse an April decision striking down the NLRB's notice posting rule, arguing that the rule is necessary because of a lack of public awareness of the protections available under federal labor law.
