NJ Atty's Frivolous Suit Sanctions Upheld In PSE&G Bias Row

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 2:28 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday upheld sanctions imposed on an Essex County attorney for filing a frivolous lawsuit accusing a Public Service Electric & Gas Co. employee of discrimination and infliction of emotional distress on a co-worker, saying the attorney had notice that the claims were time-barred.
