RICO-Charged NJ Atty Seeks Prosecutor Misconduct Hearing

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 6:17 PM EDT) -- Paul Bergrin, a prominent New Jersey criminal defense attorney whose law firm was allegedly a criminal racketeering operation, argued Tuesday for a pretrial hearing on alleged prosecutorial misconduct before a new trial in the case begins.
