Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 2:51 PM ET) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Friday confirmed Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc.'s Chapter 11 plan of liquidation, which was floated by its unsecured creditors committee, issuing findings of fact and conclusions of law overruling remaining objections to the plan.
