High Court Asked To Clarify When Benefits Begin To Accrue

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 4:46 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit's determination that pension benefits do not accrue until plan participants are eligible to receive them counters the U.S. Supreme Court's holding that accrual runs over the course of employment, a putative class of Delta Air Lines Inc. employees recently said in a certiorari bid.
