Law360, New York (October 11, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge on Thursday shot down a settlement deal that Sharper Image Corp. had proposed with plaintiffs who claimed the retailer’s $300-a-pop Ionic Breeze air purifiers did more harm than good.
