Apple To Ask For US Ban On 8 Samsung Smartphones

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 5:34 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Monday said it intends to press a California federal judge to issue a preliminary ban on eight of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s smartphones, after a jury found on Friday that Samsung had willfully copied Apple's iPhone and iPad.
