Facebook, MySpace Among 22 Hit By Blue Spike Piracy IP Suit

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 10:20 PM EDT) -- A Texas technology company continued to assert its claim over four digital fingerprinting technologies that target online piracy by filing a patent infringement suit in Texas federal court against 22 social media companies Monday, including Facebook and MySpace.
